This roomy holiday home (200 m², three double bedrooms, three terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is located 1.5 km from the centre of Gmunden. All rooms offer panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Walks, hikes, and bike rides can be started directly from the house. There is also a free bathing area by the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddleboats, and more (12-minute walk or 1-minute drive). The house features underfloor heating and cooling.

The holiday home is ideal for up to six guests (baby cots are available) and offers approximately 200 m² of living space.
