Getting Here
By public transport
Take the train on the Westbahn mainline to Attnang-Puchheim, then change to the regional train towards Stainach-Irdning (20 trains per day). Alight at Gmunden Bahnhof, then board the Gmunden tram and exit at the Lembergweg stop — 10 minutes on foot to Haus Moosberg.

From Salzburg: Exit the A1 motorway at Regau / take the B145 towards Gmunden / take the Gmunden Zentrum exit / turn left into Bahnhofstraße / follow into Gmunden / turn left at Graben / at the traffic lights after the Traunbrücke bridge, turn into Traunsteinstraße / at the Grünberg cable car, turn into Gsperr / follow the road to the crest, then turn right into Moosbergweg / take the first left turn / navigate two steep bends, keeping right at each / drive to the end of the road, No. 61.
Note: two speed bumps at the very end that are easy to miss.
From Linz / Vienna: Exit the A1 motorway at Steyrermühl West / take the B144 towards Gmunden / at the roundabout after Oberweis, take the second exit / at the next roundabout, take the first exit / follow Linzerstraße to Klosterplatz / turn left into Traunsteinstraße / at the Grünberg cable car, turn into Gsperr / follow the road to the crest, then turn right into Moosbergweg / take the first left turn / navigate two steep bends, keeping right at each / drive to the end of the road, No. 61.
