We immediately fell in love with the property - framed by meadows, just below the edge of the forest and with an unobstructed view in all directions. It has become a unique retreat coupled with our affinity for architecture, design, and devoted attention to detail. Surrounded by lush pastures with blackberry bushes, you can enjoy the peace. The glitter of Lake Traunsee, the mighty mountain panorama of the Höllengebirge and the glowing sunsets are balm for the soul.

Architecture

The house, which nestles into the hillside, was built in a mixed construction of concrete and wood. It is situated on a plot of almost 1000 square metres, offers a breathtaking view of the idyllic Traunsee, and is framed by the Grünberg forest at the back. The façade of the house is made of local larch wood and spans the entire roof thanks to ingenious construction. Large glass elements create a seamless connection between inside and outside, between nature and man.
